Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

in original condition

with original tags attached

free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds
Eligible returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at V’Che Label.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

bodysuits or intimate garments

custom or made-to-order pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email support@vchelabel.com with your order number and request details.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
